Steel belt reinforced PE spiral corrugated pipe is the 1 kind of winding and forming structure wall pipe made of PE and steel belt melting compound developed by drawing lessons from foreign advanced metal plastic pipe composite technology. The pipe wall structure is composed of 3 layers, with high-density polyethylene as the matrix, spirally wound forming high-strength steel strip as the strengthening body, using a unique production process, the steel strip and high-density polyethylene fusion into one body, so that it has both the flexibility of plastic pipe and the rigidity of metal pipe.
Product application range: suitable for long-term temperature does not exceed 40 degrees C buried sewage drainage engineering, municipal buried drainage, sewage pipeline.
Product Features
1. High rigidity and strong resistance to external pressure: As the middle layer of steel strip reinforced PE spiral corrugated pipe adopts "U" steel strip reinforced body, it has extremely high rigidity.
2. The tube wall is firmly bonded: the composite of each layer is firmly bonded. There is a transition layer between the steel strip and PE. The transition layer material strengthens the combination ability of PE and steel strip, and has a strong barrier effect of oxygen and moisture to avoid corrosion of steel strip.
3. Convenient construction, various connection methods, safe and reliable connection: steel reinforced PE spiral corrugated pipe has low requirements for foundation treatment, construction is not limited by season and temperature, and the pipeline has good bendability, light weight and easy construction. There are various connection modes, such as heat shrinkable tape connection, electric fusion connection, PE welding gun extrusion welding, etc., which can effectively ensure the connection strength.
4. Superior wear resistance, good drainage liquidity: steel skeleton reinforced spiral double-wall corrugated pipe internal smooth, low friction damping coefficient, surface roughness coefficient is small, compared with the same inner diameter of the concrete pipe, under the same conditions to increase the water delivery by more than 40%.
